Grant installment:

Students receive Erasmus+ scholarship in two separate payments:
  • The first one is equivalent to 80% of the total amount. This payment is done a few days or weeks after student’s arrival in the host university provided that he/she has given all the required documents before his/her departure (mobility agreement, learning agreement, grant agreement, results of the first linguistic online test) and sent the document entitled “arrival certificate” signed and stamped by the partner university.
  • The second payment corresponding to 20% left is paid after receiving a certificate from the host university certifying the dates of mobility, fulfilling a mandatory Erasmus+ report and providing a transcript of records as well as the results of the second online linguistic test.
