1. EIFFEL Excellence Scholarship

The Eiffel scholarship program is a tool developed by the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs to allow French Higher Education institutions to attract the best foreign students in diploma courses at Masters' and Doctorate/PhD level.
This scholarship programs are two-fold: to train the next foreign decision makers, in private and public sectors, in critical studies fields (law, economics and management, engineering sciences and political sciences), and boost applications by students from emerging countries at Masters' level and emerging and industrialized countries at PhD/Doctorate level.

The application deadline for the EIFFEL scholarship is in December.

We advise non-European students to apply well in advance to avoid problems or delays in obtaining their visa.

2. Scholarships from French Embassies Abroad

These scholarships are mainly awarded by the Cooperation and Cultural action services of French Embassies and Consulates abroad and are intended for foreign students who wish to pursue higher education, complete an internship or a high-level scientific stay in France.
In order to obtain additional information on these scholarships, applicants must contact these services, (regardless of their country of residence), located at the French embassy in each country, before their departure.

3. FITEC scholarships (BRAFITEC, MEXFITEC and ARFITEC)

These scholarship programs allow the establishment of scientific partnership agreements, student and teacher exchanges, in the fields of engineering, between French Engineering schools and Brazilian, Mexican and Argentine universities, responding to calls for projects to allow the development and consolidation of programs for hosting international students from these countries in France.
