About ETIS

The ETIS Laboratory (UMR 8051 – ENSEA / CY Cergy Paris Université / CNRS) is an internationally recognized research laboratory in information and communication sciences, with active participation in French national and European projects in 5G/6G, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and signal processing. You will join a vibrant interdisciplinary team working at the intersection of wireless communications, AI, and cyber-physical security, contributing to the European and French research landscape on secure, intelligent, and adaptive networks.
 

About the Project

These positions are funded under a TalCyb Chair in cybersecurity in conjunction with the projects France Future networks PEPR PC8 HiSec and the SNS JU Horizon project ROBUST-6G, on AI-empowered, context-aware security for next-generation communication systems. The projects explore adaptive, privacy-preserving, and quantum-resistant mechanisms starting at the physical layer, merging sensing, ML, and network intelligence to build secure and autonomous systems for 6G and beyond.

Required expertise and skills: machine learning and context-awareness for security, physical layer security, integrated sensing and communications. The candidates should have a PhD in electrical engineering or computer science, strong mathematical and programming skills and a strong publication record.
